Cebridge Connections is proud to announce the impending release of our new email platform that will provide increased reliability and offer more user customization. The biggest noticable change will be the new webmail interface with several new features like an integrated calendar and customizable SPAM filtering. The new system also provides the ability to retreive email with a WAP enabled cell phone or PDA and several other great features.

IF you do NOT currently use the webmail system, There will be very little difference in the way email is sent and received. If on the morning of the change, you are unable to check your email, please try to restart the computer and email program before calling into support as this will likely fix the problem. We have to make DNS changes for the switch to go smoothly and the computer may have the old addresses stuck in memory, so a re-boot will fix it. The server hostnames will remain the same, but if you are using the IP address, you will need to change it to reflect the current hostnames, which are:
          Incoming: pop3.cebridge.net
          Outgoing: smtp.cebridge.net

          Choose from the list of programs on the right side of the screen.

If you are a webmail user, you will notice a big change, but mostly in the look and feel of the webmail interface. The new system will have all the same functions you currently have but with the addition of several new features that were not available in the old system. The new system includes the ability to send out HTML encoded email, a great calendar and address book section with several useful features, and customizable per account spam settings. We are moving all the custom folders that may have been created and the email messages that are on the server at the time of the switch, as well as any address book entries, so all your information will be waiting in the new webmail system. Below are a few screen shots of the new webmail interface.

NOTE: We will be keeping the old servers available in case there are messages or settings that do not get transfered properly. AFTER THE CHANGE OVER, the webmail address to access the account will be http://oldwebmail.cebridge.net

Free UPGRADE: The new emial system will now automatically come with a mailbox limit of 25MB per account, an improvement over the previous 10MB per account. The webspace will remain at 25MB.
